RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “Shoplogist BD Limited“, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement)
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to My Site, accessible from https: https://www.shoplogist.com/   
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 days of purchasing without giving any reason for doing so.

After the item is delivered, we will give them 7 days to approve or return their order. After the deadline, the company will not entertain return or refund of any product. 

If they approve, funds will be released. Funds will be automatically released after 3-5 business days. The customer gets the fund through the method of payment. This avoids buyers from taking up time to request a refund and allows sellers to get funds quickly. After the item is delivered, we will give You 7 days to approve or return their order. After the deadline, the company will not entertain a return or refund of any product. 

If We approve your refund, Funds will be automatically released after 3-5 business days in the customer’s account via bank transfer. The customer gets the fund Via bank transfer. It prevents buyers from taking up time to request a refund and allows sellers to get funds quickly.

Conditions for Returns

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 2 days
  • Bought By Mistake
  • Item Arrived too Late
  • Having original packaging, receipt and return form

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Item purchased at discounted price 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

You cannot exchange the purchased product or service with a new one as per policy of our company. 

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
